1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website https://www.ivtb.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which is owned and operated by LLC "IMAGE VISION TRAVEL" (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

 

By using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Website.

2. Our Services

The Company provides personalized travel planning and travel arrangement services, including but not limited to:

  • accommodation reservations

  • transportation arrangements

  • excursion and tourism-related services
     

Service provision depends on availability and is subject to separate contractual agreements.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client receives written confirmation and the required payment has been made.
3.2. Prices and availability may change without prior notice until full payment is received.
3.3. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information required for travel arrangements.
3.4. Payments are processed in accordance with payment service provider terms and may include additional transaction fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation conditions are determined by the terms of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, and other partners).

 

If a trip is cancelled, a refund — where applicable — will be issued in accordance with the provider’s rules and may include penalties or administrative fees.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • a valid international passport

  • required visas or entry permits

  • vaccination and travel insurance requirements

  • compliance with immigration and legal regulations of the destination country
     

The Company is not liable for any financial losses or inconveniences resulting from failure to comply with travel requirements.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and travel service providers.
6.2. We shall not be held liable for:

  • delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure circumstances

  • loss of baggage, damages, illness, or injury during travel

  • consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client
     

6.3. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that is the subject of a claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Website (logos, texts, photos, design, content) are owned by the Company or used under lawful authorization.

 

Any copying, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Personal Data Protection

Use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

By using the Website, the Client agrees to the processing of personal data necessary for service provision.

9. Website Use

The user is prohibited from:

  • using the Website for unlawful purposes

  • interfering with the operation of the Website or attempting unauthorized access
